HCC coding
Support may include reviewing relevant clinical documentation and identifying diagnoses supported by the record in line with applicable coding guidance, payer rules and client instructions.
Emergency Department and Evaluation & Management (E&M) coding
Coding support for Emergency Department and E&M encounters based on the documentation available and applicable coding and payer requirements.
Denial management
Support may include denial reason analysis, documentation checks, coding and claim-detail review, correction recommendations and appeal-preparation assistance, depending on the agreed scope.
